I'm interested in recording myself sleep, to find out how often I wake up and why. I sleep terribly and wake up every time my fiance moves.
almost all sony video cameras have nightshot and will record 2 hours or so.
motion detection will cost you as much as $200 and up, google for a trail camera set up
