My ipod touch has not been damaged or anything but i want to know if apple will take it back. The ipod scratches so easily even inside a case

If you bought it from Toysrus or walmart than yes only if you get the unlimited return thingy & if not sorry just haft to keep it
But no if it is not damaged like mine and broke than No sorry
I doubt it if you bought it from apple then look on receipt for return policy
