2 years ago, Hutch was the largest service provider in bangalore/karnataka, however their customer service was very bad. Then Airtel started gaining popularity due to its good customer service. As a consequence Hutch lost its customer base in bangalore/karnataka to Airtel and now Airtel is the most popular largest network provider here, they value their customer above all and hence are most reliable and popular.
Moral: Customers first crave for Good and reliable service. If you are not providing good customer service you will end up like Hutch.
Likewise now Dish TV is having highest customer base, though their service is worst, as there were no other options before. but now Airtel DTH has come and it provides a good service. So I am afraid, Dish TV will end up like Hutch...if they dont consider the customer service seriously and take preventive actions....
